Private Payment for Treatment
For client who chose to pay for treatment through private pay. The cost for one day of Withdrawal Management is $800. We typically charge 3-5 days upfront. The cost for one day of Residential Treatment is $400. We typically charge 30 days upfront. Rates include the room and food as well. Our Intake Team will provide the amount owed at admission to treatment.
If a client does not stay in the residential treatment program for the full amount of time paid for, a refund for part of the remaining time may be granted. Please see information below for refund procedures.
A. If the client leaves within the first week of residential treatment, Our Hope Association will retain 2 weeks and the client will be refunded 2 weeks of the advanced payment.
B. If the client leaves within the second week of residential treatment, Our Hope Association will retain 3 weeks and the client will be refunded 1 week of the advanced payment.
C. If the client leaves within the third or fourth week of residential treatment, Our Hope Association will retain the full advanced of 30 days.
E. Our Hope Association will review each situation individually based on the circumstances surrounding the discharge of the client.
